New ep of Doctor Who. The Doctor wasn't the last of the Time Lords after all, and the Master is pissy.

Ahh... but then, when ISN'T the Master pissy?

Point. See initial comment. XD

So, have they explained what happened to the rest of the Time Lords?

Ah... I'm not too clear on the details, but apparently, there was a huge war (a time-war, if I'm not mistaken). Gallifrey and all the Time Lords were wiped out (all but the Doctor and evidently the Master), as well as just about all of the Daleks (and I believe the Cyber Men). Of course, saying a time-travelling race is extinct is sort of pointless.

Yeah, I remember you telling me there was a time-war, but did they ever explain what the cause was, and why it decimated the Daleks and (possibly) the Cyber Men?

No clue. Missed that bit of backstory.

D'oh!

On a totally unrelated topic, do you get a chance to talk to Scott very much?

Um, no. I, uh, I actually don't work there any more.

D'oh! Where are you now, then?

The reason I asked is because we're all about 99.999% sure that Allen's poking Autumn.

That wouldn't surprise me very much, given some of the rumors that were going on before I left Park Hell... Explains some other things I've heard you rant about, too.

Yeah, Todd and I are both pretty pissed right now. Allen gets all this happy preferential treatment, like he's the only one she'll ask to go out and smoke with her, then they're gone for ten, fifteen, twenty minutes at a time. He's the only one she ever bothers to come out of her office and help without being told to if he gets busy. Sara brought him lunch a couple of weeks ago, and the rest of us were like WTF? They had one of those stupid customer service thingies a couple of weeks ago (same day as the lunch incident, actually), and the last meeting of the day was supposed to be managers ONLY, and there go Allen and Autumn off to it, although he's just a supervisor. Not to mention he gets his schedule changed so that the two of them are working almost the same schedule, and have a tendency to leave together, usually with me stuck by myself and either a line to check in, or that fucking gift shop gets backed up ( ... )

Wow... it's like having your own soap opera right there, only with twice the suck, since you have to live it...

Well, honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that it affects my job, and all that, I'd just pop some corn and watch it unfold.

There's a memo floating around about manager-supervisor conduct and fraternization policy, which has been apparently blown off by certain parties...

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'mma watch Heroes. I've been waiting all summer... SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! ^.^
