I only have a couple of Trek ships but I know you guys have plenty moar :D POST 'EM ALL BBS!
Foremost, of course, we have THE SHIP TO END ALL SHIPS THAT IS SO EPIC NO ONE CAN AGREE ON A PAIRING NAME!

But despite the overwhelming love for the K/S, nuTrek has convinced me of the awesome that is Kirk/Bones! Partly because HOW HOT IS CPINE/KU but also SQUEEEEEEEE!! Jim is an adorable asshole and Bones is so grumpy and has to drag the asshole out of trouble and OMG SO AWESOME. It is almost entirely the fault of jessofthebones's epic "Dear Daddy" series which SLAYS ME WITH AWESOME WITH EVERY UPDATE OMG. Gah flailityflail. I LOVE IT AND THEM AND HER. NOT NECESSARILY IN THAT ORDER. :D
My other big nuTrek ship is Sulu/Chekov :DDDDD IT IS TOO ADORABLE TO NOT SHIP. IT IS ALSO ENTIRELY jessofthebugs's FAULT!!! J'ACCUUUUUUSE!!
TOO CUTE!!! The fic that made me fall head over heels for them is Heavens Rain Grace which KILLED ME. ARGH WHY SO ADORABLE??? It is painfully sweet and lovely and perfect and go read it now :D
My only other real Trek ship is Tom/Harry from Voyager :D EPIC BROMANCE!!! Tom is impossibly adorable and cheeky and ARGH CUTE and Harry is kind of a dumbass and occasionally douchey and naive and THEY ARE PRECIOUS. Ever seen "The Chute"???? Possibly the most homoerotic Voyager episode EVER (if I'm wrong, please do tell :DDD). Recap here, but really all you need to know is this:
