I need hugs, bbs. My guts are grumbly and angry today (I has IBS, irritable bowel syndrome) and I just ate what I thought was one of my safe foods for lunch (a can of Beefaroni, no judging) but apparently nothing will do today, including water. So I'm sad and sick and sick of not being able to eat without worrying about pain and spending the next hour in the bathroom and being malnourished and not getting adequate protein (dietitian, remember?) and so on.
