In other news, I just spent three hours watching the entirety of Yugioh: The Abridged Series. Homework? Studying? Readings? Pshaw. Screw the school, I have money! (ow, that was really bad. and really not true. owwwwwww.) I'm also listening to the six Yugioh OSTs (they're my study music, okay?) and generally being a flake. But it's okay. 'Cuz I have chocolate cherry yogurt. And a cat roughly the same weight as a ten-pin bowling ball. No seriously. You know those mattress adds where they drop a bowling ball on the bed and the glass of wine beside it isn't disturbed? I totally did that with Janson. I love my cat.
So when your music goes silent and the song title is 'Weird Silence', do you turn up the volume or not? Deep questions, man. Haha... man, I feel ridiculous. I have a quiz tomorrow and I have noooo idea what it's on. I thought it was because I missed so much class, but my friend who hasn't missed a minute of class (except when she nods off and I have to prod her awake) doesn't have a clue either. Wonderful. Apparently it'll only take ten minutes and is fill in the blank (oh yeah, we're in fourth year!), so I'm not terribly worried. But still. I also have my first midterm in Medical Terminology on Thursday night. It's only eighteen words and one bonus question, and I've been pretty good at it so far so I shouldn't be too worried. But it's still three and a half chapters of sheer memorisation. Come on brain, don't let me down! I'll give you a break later by watching the end of SYTYCD, and you can melt into a little puddle whenever Neil turns a pirouette or Pasha does absolutely anything. Wheeeeeeee.
So apparently there's some sort of rugby World Cup going on, and England is in the final. Way to be on top of things, self. Admittedly, I know next to nothing about rugby except that their shorts are very small and some of them wear funny helmet-things and that a goal is called a try (I think), but still. Who are they playing in the final anyway? And when is it? I know I won't be able to watch it, since no country is as clueless about rugby as this one (or maybe it's just me?), but I shall root for the other England team anyway. Woot!
Argh, shut up, Bowling Ball! I'm not feeding you yet! And I can't spend every moment petting you! Honestly, the two of them like it best when I'm studying so they can curl up next to me (or on my books, siiigh) and not move for hours. Is there anything as lazy as a cat? I've often thought that the perfect vacation would be being a cat for a week. Any longer and I think I'd go crazy, but seriously. You'd sleep eighteen hours a day and think about nothing but where you're going to sleep next or where your next tummy rub is coming from. It'd be sweet, man. I'll stop raving like a lunatic now. For a while, anyway.
