Mel's lovely friends are here to drink off their faces, and I'm tempted to join them. I'm already buzzed from the beans. Beeeeans. Hahaha. I made a fabulous salad before. It had tuna and avocado and a lot of olive oil. I named it the MUFAPUFA Salad. There is a reason behind it. Also, it sounds funny. Hahaha.
The new Doctor Who episode is just crying out to be watched, but noooo, I have to be 'sociable'. Don't waaaanna. I finally got to read the latest volume of Fruits Basket and I cried my fool head off, so I'm feeling emo and happy and buzzed all at the same time. It's truly an interesting sensation. And I've been watching the new Order of the Phoenix trailer again. I get SO EXCITED when I see it. I know the movie won't be that good and I'm waaaaaaaaaaay more excited about the seventh book, but still! It looks all exciting and cool. And I've been reading mistful's fanfics again, so I'm doubly excited. Triply? Er, even more excited. Yeah.
Okay, I had a thought (hahaha, no really!). You know how JKR approves everything that goes into the movies, right? I've been thinking about how they portrayed Wormtail in the fourth movie and how different it is from the book. He's all snivelling and pathetic in the book to the point where he's almost sympathetic, but in the movie he seems more of an actually evil guy. Also, he just looks nasty. Anyway, so I've been wondering, since his characterisation is so different, does that mean he won't be redeemed in the seventh book? I mean, he still has his life debt to Harry to fulfill, but maybe he won't turn 'good,' which is what I've been suspecting and which makes me very grumpy. Yes I spend too much time thinking about it. Go away. I am so enjoying all the speculation though, it's so much fun! Hee! It makes me hope that something will come along after the last book to replace the literary phenomenon that is Harry Potter. I mean, people are actually reading! It's amazing! I'm glad the series will be complete and hopefully JKR will keep her promise to not write dozens of terrible spin-offs etc, but I hope someone picks up where she left off in terms of a series that gets people talking and speculating and all this fun stuff.
Wow, I'm actually sounding coherent! I'm impressed! Now to avoid posting in a few hours when I'm drunken and spoil the illusion. Ahahahahah.
