I have long term goals around healthy eating, exercise, and weight loss. Ultimately, I want to maintain healthy eating habits, exercise daily, and get down to around 140-150 lbs. Shorter term goals include exercising (in some way) at least 5 times a week, watching calories (& learning other nutrition stuff to watch, as well as new dishes/foods to cook/make/eat), & getting down to 200 (16 lbs to that goal). So far, I'm doing pretty good with calories (most days), I've exercised at least 3 times a week for the past two weeks, and I'm down 7 lbs from when I started this again 2 weeks ago.
What are your goals? How are you doing on your goals? (I mean any goals, not just these kinds of goals). I'd love to hear about your current progress, including successes, struggles, & surprises.
