oh sister... you already know how i feel. my profession is filled with no talent hacks waving their cocks around. the thing is, in the workplace it seems to work for them. how do they get like this? but what i really want to know is... why do we reward them for it? they know it works. maybe, just maybe if they were actually expected to perform on the same level we are just to get a crumb, they would stop acting like that.

maybe i should have said mediocre talent hacks. in my business, it sells, especially if they have an accent. i mean, just think of all the salons that you have heard of in DE alone. how many of them begin with a man's name? that is representation of the entire business. most famous hairdressers are men, but they're not necessarily the best. they may even be good at what they do, but the whole thing is askew when you take into account that there are 20 or more female hairdressers for every one male.
