richlayers: what are you using
richlayers: to count calories?
richlayers: is there a website that helps you keep track or
richlayers: did you get a book?
richlayers: how do you know how many calories food has and
richlayers: how many are you allowing every day?
ladytairngire: http://caloriecount.about.com/
ladytairngire: I fell off the wagon during my period/Thanksgiving
ladytairngire: and gained a couple of pounds back
richlayers: fair enough
ladytairngire: but there's still all this fattening food leftover from last week
ladytairngire: eggnog
ladytairngire: spreadable cheeses
ladytairngire: stuffing
ladytairngire: now... Starbucks Gingerbread latte
ladytairngire: do you know how many calories are in one of those? a lot.
ladytairngire: A woman my size and age with hardly any activity should be under 2000 calories a day
ladytairngire: which isn't hard
ladytairngire: I lost like 8 pounds
ladytairngire: ... before Thanksgiving
richlayers: that's great!
richlayers: and Thanksgiving is... well, thanksgiving.
ladytairngire: yeah
ladytairngire: it's our national/god-given duty to eat fattening foods and be thankful for them.
richlayers: exactly
ladytairngire: and god knows I'm a patriot.
richlayers: indeed.

coffee, food, chat scripts, richlayers
