Did you ever notice that Richer was constantly adjusting the top of his uniform in seasons 2 - 7 of TNG? I thought it was because he began to pork up and the costume just wouldn't lay right, but then I noticed that Picard does it now and then, too. Makes you wonder what the hell wardrobe was smoking.
