arg, bogey threw up *again*!
it wasn't much this time, but he looks so miserable when it happens. i feel bad for him. he cries right before he starts heaving, it's so sad.
i went for a short run just after noon. i am so damn out of running shape.
i am putting myself back on crazy caloric intake to try to gain back my lost 5 pounds (and hopefully then some!) i need to get some weight gainer protein mix when we have money again, but for now i'm just doing muscle milk. i am finishing a 700 calorie shake as we speak. urg.
vacuumed most of the apartment. i really need to clean my HUGE mess i made in the computer/craft room. it's impressive by itself, then bogey decided to help. hah.
i shoudl make a few more skirts today too!
