some very little sparkle
Just a few things I've made over this week...
Jasper and lava rock. I saw a necklace kind of like this and wanted to do a version of it. So I did!
Some hair ornaments. If nobody else wants these, they'll probably wind up being my eldest niece's Christmas presents. The chain holding together the two shells isn't fixed, so the lengths change. As for the Swarovski crystals, drmoonpants actually made that strand a while back, and I just got around to making use of it!
Button + ribbon = adjustable choker!
And more experiments with that aluminum florist wire. Still getting the hang of wrapping this all together, so that doesn't look that great.
This past Christmas, my father-in-law got me some balls of yarn from a farm local to him in Vermont. ...Unfortunately, he only got me on ball of each color, and if you do anything with yarn, you know that limits your options somewhat. So, smaller projects it is! At any rate, I like how this cowl turned out.
