Dream? Dream, dream, WORK!

I had some seriously strange dreams last night!!

In one of them, Daniel was in the front yard of some house making Chinese Statues in a manner which I don’t even want to think about it (I blame it on an episode of French and Saunders which I saw about, oh, three months ago).

In the other one, I got done for drunk and disorderly (when I wasn’t even drinking!!) because I was hyperactive. And for some reason instead of working at the school, I was attending the school as a student and the police decided that I needed constant monitoring. However, the police officer assigned to me spent all his time in one of the offices on top of C block (however in reality the office he was in is actually located at the bottom of C block - at the other end). The Daniel decided to try and legally change my name to “Bella” (urg, I hate myself for that part) but when I spoke to the police office about it (Sue Johnno was sitting next to him, eating cake with him), he said that if it was approved, I would have the chance to reject it. Thank god. Then he went to have a go at me about not telling him when school was over for the day since he was often left sitting in the top of C block until well after 9pm because he didn’t realise that I’d left.

Odd. Very, very, very odd.

And now I’m at work, completely exhausted with not a whole lot to do which makes me just want to go back to my bed, curl up and go sleeeeepies. If only.

Last night I stayed at work an extra half hour to make up for missing half hour of work for Daniel’s dentist appointment and it was such a mistake! There was nothing to do past 4.15 (I stayed until 5) and neither of my managers were around as they were in a meeting and we’ve all been told that we’re not really meant to leave the office unless we can tell them where we’re going. Which we couldn’t. S there was about five of us sitting in my little office (I have the front one) for about half an hour because we were tired and didn’t have any work and generally suffering from Tuesday-itis.

Best part was after ten minutes someone mentioned how funny it would be if the managers came back and all the offices were dark so they’d think we’d just left without telling anyone. So, of course, Niall reached over and switched off the light and we all spent the next twenty minutes sitting in the dark and talking. It was actually a lot of fun.

I really do work with the best people here
Random story, finish.
Sigh. Am tired.

work, dreams
