This was plaguing me the other day when I had "Forgiveness" from Jane Eyre stuck in my head. When Helen says, "You'll be free of blame."--In Latin, if you were saying "free of blame" in that context, would you use a "genitive with adjective" or "ablative of respect"?
Not that I'm planning on putting the song into Latin, but y'know.
It's sad that I have the GRE tomorrow, and what worries me is some stupid would-be question relating to Latin. ::sigh::
