What is for again...
oh yeah this is my LJ. What a long absence and unnoticable at that. lol. Not that trying to avoid anyone or anything I'm just a very busy girl. What with my ever demanding job, school, and my up coming wedding things have been very hectic lately.
My math class is okay, she's kinda boring but is very fair. My history prof. on the other hand is a total jackass. We had our first test a couple of weeks ago and it was a take home test at that, which has it's own pro's and con's but anyways. I didn't finish mine completely and although he offered a one day extension for me to finish I turned it in as is. I probably should have taken him up on the offer but I feel that if I didn't finish that's it, it's like staying after class is over to finish and I don't like that. Well, a few days later he sent me an e-mail tellng me that if he'd graded more closly I would have gotten a 45 but that I got a 71 instead. (-_-!) He also added that I should keep up with the rest of the class, that I did want to EARN my grade after all. That pissed me off to no end. I had never asked him to do anything so I don't know why he did that. I'm doing anything in return either if that's the case. The best part of it all was in class the following week when he told the class who had the highest grade in class, then let everyone know that I had gotten the lowest score. If I did badly on a test I'll accpet and just try harder on the next one, what I don't particularly like is public humiliation. It gets better folks, after all of that this girl goes up and turns in a revised and completely copy of the test. Turns out she hadn't finished her test either and decided to go back and redo the whole thing. I thought he would have rejected it since he hadn't approved it, but, I was wrong. Not only did he accept it he commended her on her iniciative to do that.
Onto something else. I've actually written letters to certain people and a couple if e-mails here and there. I don't to totally lose evrybody. Work is okay, plus I'm learning how to make more drinks so my bartending skills are improving. Hey Isis I'll be the bartender at your party. Well, gotta run, I have to work the bar tonight, ciao amores.
