What the hell is that thingy called?

I've been trying to hunt the internet for either a bdsm furniture designer or at least an accurate picture of something and can't find it. I'm not sure if I'm using the right term, but it's basically an upright wooden lattice (i.e. like a st. andrews cross only with lattice work instead).

If anyone can give me the correct name or picture, or direct me to someone who makes them, then that would be extremely awesome.
