I went to the doctors again...they took a blood sample to test for mono (it was not cool, i so do not like needles)

the good news: I do not have mono

the not so good news: I have some unknown viral infection similar to mono...but not...

However the up side, I may not be as sick for as long a length of time as if I had mono...
