I finally got a BOSU, and can't wait to start using it. Sadly, a lot of the aerobic stuff I wanted to try is out of the question, as I've done something to an area near the front of my lateral fascia. But, I still can do a whole lot of other balance and ab work, so... But I'm looking forward to balance work soooo much.
I haven't cardio-walked in a week, and I'm going nuts! I need to do some cardio that doesn't involve standing on my feet. I'm going to try the recumbent trainer at the gym tomorrow, and hope it's totally dead so I can get an hour in. I can feel my muscles flabbing out by the hour.
So, I'm a little low. But did manage 2 sessions with the swiss ball last week, and an hour on the Reformer, tonight. So, if I do three Pilates, and 2 (hopefully) recumbants a week, it should allow that stupid foot time to recuperate. I've NEVER had foot problems before. I really hate it!
Well, back to playing with my new toy!
