Stuff on my mind
This flickr stream makes me want to start keeping my whole life on index cards, neatly filed away.
My favorite pattern company, Colette Patterns, has come out with two under cracker patterns. I shall be ordering them when I get back from holiday. I have a thing for sewing my own slips and whatnot.
Speaking of, I am going to Barcelona, Toulouse, and Rome with the lovely dontcallmemolly and skulllady starting tomorrow. I'm a little freaked out about going to places where I don't speak the language.
I finished a dress with 16 buttons down the front, in addition to a skirt with 12 buttons (also down the front). Me and the button hole foot on my sewing machine are getting cozy. I'll try to get pictures of them in exotic locations.
I'm seriously thinking about getting a Vespa-like scooter when I move back to the US (depending on where I end up).
