Wheeze, hack, cough
I went to health services today and I was diagnosed with "A bad cough." But seriously, the sleeping for four hours at night has to stop. I like going to sleep on time, thankyouverymuch. Well, I'm really tired right now and they gave me some DM and some stuff that's supposed to numb my chest and not make me cough as much so I'm hoping I'll get a decent night's sleep. I'm gonna take that again before bed. They told me if it's not better in the next couple of days to come back and they'll have me see the doctor. Whooo.
I definitely have five papers due in a matter of two days; Thursday and Friday. 0-o
My group did our oral presentation in Feminism class about Planned Parenthood and other services that help women through unwanted pregnancies. I think it went well. At least I hope it did. Speaking of which, I'm doing a paper about sex and violence against women in horror films. My parents told me Frenzy was a good film for that kind of thing, and so I watched it. When it came time to find articles to flesh out my argument did I type something intelligent into Google? No, of course not. I typed in "Sex- Violence- Frenzy." Ummm, not so much with the helpful and cue the scarring. I learned my lesson and am now typing in "Horror films- gender roles" into search engines. Much better.
I don't have tutoring OR orchestra tomorrow, so I'm gonna very much not relax but continue chugging away at these papers. Eugh.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a book to finish reading, one that I'm very behind on.
