*I seem to be slightly out of practice. I studied like crazy for chemistry and got the world's worst headache, LOL. (Gives new meaning to the statement: "Don't think too hard or you'll hurt yourself.") You can get a C in chemistry and still be eligible for the nursing program, but I figure it can't hurt to get as close to an A as possible.
And apparently I shut out the world because I really wanted to get out of the house when I finished, and got the dogs all set to go take a walk/jog... until I realized there was a thunderstorm brewing. Haha.
*American History X was on TV last night. (I know, seriously?) I had no idea how much of that film I had blocked out of my mind. It was like watching it again for the first time. FX also has a really odd cursing censor. The 'n' word passed, although I suppose it's important to the plot, and the 'c' word passed, too. Really? They allowed a few H-E- double hockey sticks and then a few 's' words and then changed 'em to 'heck's' and 'spittin's. Yeah, I don't get it either. (Thus ends my PG summarization of American History X.)
*The Reds are driving me crazy this year. They have strokes of brilliance, and then lose really stupid games. I'm trying to figure out what there's more of a chance of, me getting an A in chemistry, or the Reds playing October baseball.
