1. Does it speak to my egotism that I have asked every child this week when their birthday is during greetings so that they can ask me when my birthday is in the hope that they will remember that it's coming up soon?
2. Some of my kids are way ahead in their textbook so I'm contemplating making them make me Christmas cards instead of doing real work. That probably speaks to my egotism, too.
3. I am listening to David Tennant interviewing Kylie Monogue on the BBC radio website. I don't know too much about Kylie, but I am listening to her music and I already want to stab my ears.
4. I am very ashamed that I just spent 40 dollars on the UK version of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, which was the only English book in the bookstore down the street from where I worked today.
ETA: I think it says a lot about me that I just reread the chapter called 'King's Cross' and I cried so hard I might have pulled something. ;)
