There's only one thing better than watching Goong after a very busy day.

Anyhoo. My really close friends came to visit, and I got to hold my friend's baby for awhile. It's so amazing how small she is, and how some day she'll be a walking, talking (and, knowing the parents) highly opinionated human being. It was also fun to catch up and to squee and generally make a nuisance of ourselves in the restaurant we went to. Good thing the baby slept through the general squeeing of her dinner mates. (And hundreds of pictures of her doing things like breathing.)
So, we're playing Mozart for our concert on Saturday, and I'm pretty much playing it on autopilot now. I've got all the notes down and it's kind of like second nature. Wish I could say the same thing for the Tchaikowsky, but not so much.
