PROFESSOR: So, what argument is Agamben making here?
CLASS: *Dead Silence*
LADYSARAH: *Head explodes*

I don't understand a word of this book we're supposed to be reading, but I have a feeling that if the man didn't try to stick Latin in every other word in such a manner that President Bartlet would be proud, and if he bothered to use a pronoun once in awhile I'd be okay.

Oh, I'm supposed to be reading articles/books for my senior paper. Christ, I don't even have a topic yet. Should I do:

1. The effect of conflicted societies on children (specifically, how conflicted societies with stronger governments have a much different effect than ones with less stable governments)
2. Political satire and its effect on the political process, particularly with younger voters.

I'm leaning towards the first, since it might be difficult to find information on the second. And I'm sure everyone's going to say do the one that interests you the most, but they both interest me equally. Hence the problem. Hmmm.
