John Carter (of Mars)
Watched John Carter with Hubby last night. It was really enjoyable. I can't believe it didn't do better in the box office. One of the most interesting parts was how certain scenes would feel reminiscent of Star Wars or other scifi films and then I'd remember that this story was what influenced all of those - not vice versa. I'm curious to check out the books now.
