There is magic here
So...oddly enough I've been thinking about fanfiction recently. I don't write it anymore, I haven't in years, but I was looking back at an ancient piece of it that I wrote concerning Hermione and Viktor from Harry Potter, and I almost want to go back and finish it. It would be interesting to do so, fun to see the drastic changes in the way I write, because my writing has changed.
I used to take unique, original ideas and try to shape them to fit into someone else's world. The story I am thinking off could easily have been shaped to fit into a world that shared only the use and idea of magic with Harry Potter. Back then I did not trust myself to create entire worlds, now I know I can.
It makes me wonder if I should try to finish the story.
