Good News Bad News Good News
I got the PET scan results. The good news is the two suspected tumors turned out to just be scar tissue. The bad news is they suspect I have another type of cancer. So on the 8th I will be undergoing the test to determine if that is that case. More waiting. Meantime I feel very tired, not sure if it is because I am sick or just stressed from not knowing.
Any way back to the good news. David Tennant was on the radio again last Saturday and they were asking for people top send in their request for things they wanted DT to open. I emailed in that I wanted DT to declare the roads in DC open. I had my phone number in the email. To my surprise the phone rang. I talked to a nice woman who said that she wasn't sure they would get to me because they had so many called plus she seemed disappointed that there wasn't anyone else awake here to cheer when DT opened the roads. So I figured that's that. Then at 4 am the phone rang and the woman wanted to know if I minded being on hold and that I would be the 3rd caller. So again I have managed to talk to DT on the radio the first time was 11 Nov 2009 when I talked to him about fan fic. An edited version of my phone call made the highlights clip on bbc 5 live.
