Back in Portland
We got home at about 9 last night, and the drive was beautiful. We stopped in Roseberg and saw Lauran's family and had dinner. Had a nice quiet evening, caught up on some internets and had a nice shower before crashing into my bed curled up with the potato and the cat.
Woke up this morning to a cloudy and rainy day, and I am reminded as to why I love it here. :)
First day back at work is always a little awkward. I am learning how to input mail. I am rather slow at it. >_>
I hope to go back to Humboldt sooner than 2 years from now, it was really nice to see everybody and hang out and do art and eat all the good food. Though, I am feeling rather bloated now. Probably won't be until next year. There's FC for me to save up my PTO for and my dad will be coming in Mayish and RainFurrest in September. We'll see when I can squeeze two days out for a long weekend trip.
