Had a very hectic morning and day in general. Came home, made myself a chicken sammich and watched an 80s dvd on Yellowstone. :D
Working on some signage for the hospital- cute things to get people's attention about our new Integrated Medicine Program.
My cold is slowly delving into my chest. I need to get more sleep.
Wicked last night was freaking awesome. From the set design and costumes to the singing and dancing. Really just A+! Lauran, as a surprise, bought me the Grimmorie which has all sorts of fantastic behind the scenes information. :D Such a sweet potato. It was a splendid night!
Though, after watching the show, normally I would get the rush and desire to have been involved with it, to see how it works, to hep run it. I had *no* spark of that. Not an ounce. I guess that means my technical relationship with theater is over. It makes me kinda sad, but I had just been denying it anyway. It's real now. You can't go to a Broadway caliber show, as a techie, and not want to be involved. I guess that means I loose my techie hat? I did spend most of the pre-show drooling at their fixtures, instruments and boards.... <3
