New clothes, job, etc
I got off at 1 today. Woo! So, Lauran met me at work and we went to Lloyd Center, where I got two pairs of Crocs. YAY! Really dark blue and a light blue. They were buy one get one 50% off! Then we had some lunch in the mall. Headed to 95th and Burnside-ish to the Uniforms Etc store to get some new scrubs. I got a pair of grey pants, purple pants and two new scrub tops. Also, right next to the scrub place was a BRACE STORE! I had needed new sleeping braces for a while (mine are deeeaaaaaaaaad). The guy gave me some to try on, they were perfect. So, I have new braces! Woo!
I will look good, sleep good and my feet won't hurt anymore! :D
My new job really is stellar. I will be the only full time receptionist. The office manager was sick of doing full time reception and full time office management. So, I am getting the position. :D Not sure of the days yet, but the hours are 715aa-6ish?pm. Long days, but nothing I can't handle. The doctors and techs are really nice, and their version of "OMG BUSY" is nothing compared to CARE or Sunny Brae. :) I haven't felt this good about a job in a long time.
Well, now it is time for a shower and to curl up on the couch and watch something funny and watch it alternate from sunny to sideways rain. I love Oregon!
