SCA? Maybe...
So, I was reading about how Emily is now the Baroness of Allyshia. Congrats sweetie! And it occured to me that I used to have a LOT of fun in the SCA in Humboldt. So, I decided to look up the SCA here in Portland. Now, my Kingdom of the West friends will be sad to know that I am now in the Kingtom of An Tir. We are famous for having a war once a year. ;) I also reside in the Barony of Three Mountains. So, I joined their yahoo group and found out when their meetings are and some upcoming events and I am hoping to make it to the next barony meeting which is next week.
They are lacking a Head Waterbearer- so if I like the group and want to get involved that much, I might go into that. If nothing else, there's bardic and probably dancing and maybe I can make some local friends. :)
We had Dragonrift over last night for Nachos and visiting. We watched Fargo and then hung out for a bit. It was nice to see him! :)
