I plugged in a landline (yay) so that I could call Unemployment in California some more.
It's really frustrating. I call 8 times in rapid succession and then I finally get through to the second step. I tell them I have all my information ready and that I am calling from out of state and it says "please hold while we transfer you"
And then tells me there's too many calls, call back later and hangs up on me.
Oh, and I should apply online.. but it says that it can't let me run my application through online...
