Eeee! I got beautiful fan art today!!!
it makes me squeeeee. also... I <3 the artist!
I had a really great day today. I took Lauran to work and then I went over to Jason and Deana's. Helped clean up the house a little before going to church. Now... you're probably thinking "Jenn?? Church?!" Well, Jacob was going to be in the christmas pageant and I needed to see him be adorable. <3 So, I went to service. I was reminded of the difference between orthodox/catholic and protestant. I like Mary- I have also had the "she's practically an idol/saint/direct line to God" ingrained into my head. God isn't really a knowable being- that's why there's Mary and Jesus. Anywho. The service was pretty good. Jason kept making me laugh.
Then home to hang out and wait for people and have Daphne's first birthday party! There was pizza and cake! And fairly okay company. The kids were cute but high maintenance. And finally the house emptied out, chit chatted for a little while before heading home. I almost fell asleep several times, so decided that cold and awake was better than warm and asleep. Came home and decided to sleep for an hour. That turned into 2 hours... >_> I am still tired, but I am going to stay up for a while before going to bed.
