Okay so it's a little over a week late but it's also a hell of a lot longer than I first anticipated it would be so hopefully that evens it out.  Or at least that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I am so captivated by this fic! I love how the boys care for the little girl and how she deepens their bond. And, now they have saved Bobby. Can't wait for the next chapter.

First off - glad my pokin worked LOL - Loved they were able to save Bobby, though I do believe Grady is evil & will show his true colors. So happy you plan on more of this, its a really different take on the post-apocalyptic fic, very heavy on the imagery I actual read through my fingers for a little bit & I was at work - that was hard to explain hee hee

I've done that, or groaned out loud, (get your mind out of the gutter I meant in frustration or at the sheer stupidity of the character *g*) about something I'm reading while I'm around other people and then tried to explain it. *snort* But I'm sorry you went through it...what?...really I am...really! *g*

I am sorry it took so long and that I didn't get back to you right away but I had thought that I would have this done sooner...of course I also thought it would be shorter *shrug* What can you do? Oh wait I know what I did! Cut off the last 1,600+ words to use as the bases of the next chapter.

I haven't decided if Grady is evil or just nuts - he was friends with Kubrick who was pals with Gordon so that doesn't exactly scream sane, does it?

*chuckle* Every time I see something along the lines of "they've got some explaining to do" my mind instantly goes to the Desi Arnaz quote, "Lucy, you've got some 'splaining to do." I'm not sure what that says about me but it's probably not good. *g*

Actually I've got 1,600+ words for the next chapter, however it's the chunk I cut off from the end of this chapter so it'll need to be expanded, but it's a start!
