Garlic is a habit :)

I get used to put it in all fried or brazed dishes, which I've ever cooked.
I think garlic makes food more condimental. It's playing up with you when you're tasting it. Garlic is smth special and irreplaceable with unexpendable particular taste.

Brazed zucchini, red, green or yellow pepper and fried chiken wings.
Flavouring and condiments: cutting garlic and oregano.
