The background music is "Big Pimpin'" (which holds a special memory for me; my friend Naru used to sing this in jest because one of our coworker's initials are PMP)...I suppose that'300' (or at least this guy's head) has become like 'All Your Base' (which was funny even after watching it a few dozen times...yeah, easily amused LOL). Keep a look out for the 'video game' section at 3:10, which is where I laughed so hard that I nearly got rid of this bad headache I've had all day.
Transformers 300 I just knew there had to be one for TF, and this one is set to clips of TF:TM. And you know who gets to yell, "THIS IS SPARTA!!!" Aw yeah.
EVA 300 Very effective 300 trailer done for Neon Genesis Evangelion. I've seen a few and this one seems to be the best, on the par of the excellent "Heero Must Die".

Last Exile and the World of Tomorrow Very well done. I especially like the choice of ...rats, I can't remember her name...well, anyway, the girl who 'plays' Frankie (Angelina Jolie).
While we're on the subject of Last Exile, here's the opening, sans credits. When I first saw this series I couldn't get the theme song out of my head.
