1. What is your favorite specialty restaurant (Italian, Mexican, Thai, etc.)?
Cha Cha Cha's in the city. Tapas, Cuban food. Mmmmmmm!
2. What do you order to eat there?
Spicy prawns, sauteed mushrooms, fried plantains, mussels, new potatoes and most importantly, a pitcher of Sangria.
3. What is your favorite specialty food or dish to cook?
I make a highly specialized seafood chowder.
4. If you could travel to the home country of your favorite specialty food, what would you do there?
Cuba-eat,drink and be merry!
5. What is your worst experience with a specialty food restaurant?
One time at a sushi restaurant. It had nothing to do with the food. It was the company.
