The subtext of this episode is HUGE! And I loved the beginnig with the team. The episode was so uncharacteristic for criminal minds, the psychic angle was weird. But you did a great job writing this episode!

It is! Thank you :) The psychic thing really pushed my buttons. Nothing to say against some mystery. Loved Buffy, watched Charmed... But in a show were the main characters have to fight to be taken seriously still, as shown in episode 4x19 - House on Fire for instance, it's just misplaced.

Ah... That first scene was so... it had so much meaning. Anyone with eyes could see that something was happening there, JJ was avoiding Emily, and Emily's face at the end... Wow.

All I can say it's that this makes sense. It has to be hard to be so close and yet so far.

Actually, rewriting this scene was an eye opener for me. It made me go back and redo all the subtexty bits. And I think all the work was worth it. The story is richer for it. And yes, I was upset that I had to break them up, but what could I do?

It doesn't look like a couple that's just trying to hide that they have a relationship, does it?

This is a great episode and you've made a great chapter from it. I love Emily's "simple gesture" and the look she gives Garcia at the end of the scene. It's a fairly similar look I used to give my colleague when other colleagues would start discussing weddings and babies!
I think you did a great job with the whole psychic thing. Yes, it's odd, but it only goes to confirm your whole idea about how lost JJ is at the moment!
