And the world keeps turning.

When I posted Chapter 037 I noticed that Shay had posted something about Episode 6x19 and I realized I totally forgot to watch. Never even gave it another thought. I wanted to know what she said, so I just watched the new ep 6x19 - With Friends Like These. I wanted to see the first episode post Brewster. Team's reactions and all of that. This is what I saw:

Demonology meets Conflicted meets Haunted meets Empty Planet meets… You get it. It’s been done before. What’s been done before as well was the jumping to conclusions, Seaver behaving like a profiler without so much as a day of experience.

Since when does Reid keep it to himself when he tinks the team is missing something? I know I’m repeating myself, but when did Garcia overcome her repulsion of crime scene photos?

Why did the first exorcism work? Since when does the team not care about your everday Joe going psycho and killing? Since when don't they care about people who could be helped?

Regarding the ginormous hole Prentiss left behind… Well we have that “new agent” they need now. Seaver gets Prentiss and JJ lines (“Or a weak man.” Last week’s “I’m sorry I asked.”) and delivers neither one like our ladies.

They didn't even care that they used one of the actors already. Seriously. Has anyone working in this show watched it before?

Garcia and Reid are sad, but Morgan acts like Emily’s death is no big deal. If he doesn’t explode in an ep or two I see Shemar Moore running amok. No actor can be so blind! All in all a complete waste of time.

This is no longer Criminal Minds. This is a bunch of psychics acting randomly. I think the writers just sit down and think of what might sound good and then write it in. Nevermind continuity, characterization, plot, rules of the universe the series is set in, explaing what the fuck was wrong with the Unsub, or, you know... any tool used in decent writing.

I’m done.
