There is a disease I call YouTube disease. You know, a friend sends you a link to a song, you really just want to spend these three minutes watching it, but 2 hours later you end up with Obama's inauguration speech in rap or whatever. It works just as well for google. Or Facebook.

(Feel free to send her to my house any time ;-)) I'm really pleased to see some more progress and that Emily has let JJ in (I've just sat for about 10 minutes trying to find a way of saying that without it potentially sounding dirty, but it's too late and hey, a little double entendre never hurt anyone.) It's such a pity that Emily is already imagining the end of their relationship, while it's only beginning, but I suppose she's never known any different and imagining it all now is preparing herself as much as she can for the hurt she believes will come.
Your story continues to enthrall and entertain and, as ever, I can't wait for more!

I laughed so hard when I read what you said about letting her in and trying to make it sound not-dirty. When I wrote this and sent it to Syccas she had a pretty nice comment about that about writing a sex scene to show that Emily was letting her in :D

and that's true about youtube. i aim for one video then get completely distracted by something completely unrelated. stay on for hours when it should have been minutes, woops.

*sigh* Once again, JJ drops the ball. Nothing says you're a convenience like not even bothering to get a sitter so you can stay the night. I'm sure Morgan would have done it, but apparently, forethought is not JJ's strong suit. *headdesk*

Very well written. YAY! Nothing makes me crazier than poor grammar, so I'm always thankful to find a writer that knows how to put together a proper sentence. Can't wait to read the rest of this.

Ah, well I'm afraid that it is my fault. JJ would have a regular sitter (Leslie, her neighbour's daughter), but maybe she was embarrassed to ask for the whole night? I didn't think of the message she was sending not staying the night. So please don't hold it against JJ, Emily won't.

Thank you for the compliment, but I have to confess that it's not all my doing. I have a beta for content, Syccas and one native speaker to help with grammar and spelling and things. Well I guess, now I even have two native speaking betas :) Because those things are important to me as a reader. And given that English is not my first language I need all the help I can get :)

No, it was completely unintentional. JJ is still new to this whole mother thing so it might not even be that big of a deal. Come to think of it, it does fit with Prentiss' theory...

I laughed so hard when (in 30 Rock) Cerie sent Liz a text saying: Ur v8k8sh1 iz baqon. I mean... how is this saving time? And what made her think it was okay to send this to her BOSS? :D

Okay so this time I could do the happy dance in my own room. It is my one night between hotel rooms. I was so excited to read this. This was nice and very well written. Why do I fear something lurking around the corner? I know you said this was going to be long and to trust you so I am but I feel angst coming on.

Oh the YouTube thing is like a disease or something. I hate it! People at my work (who should find actual work to do) sit and email YouTube videos back an forth to each other all day. It is like the old potato chip saying "no one can eat just one" you can't just watch one video.

This fic has made me fall in love with CM again. I won't watch season 1 and I am done with Season 6, but 2-5 I am watching again and again. I really watch because I think Padget Brewster is hot and I want to see her again on some screen

I did tell you to trust me, but I never said there wouldn't be any more angst. In the end though the trip will have been well worth it.

The things I've seen on YT: extreme ironing, the birth of a baby (I'd kill to get that image out of my head), crazy stunts, super creepy stalkerish fanvids...

S1 was kind of boring. Especially the first couple of eps are so wrong! How Morgan keeps talking about the Unsub as "I"... S2-5 are some of the best TV ever made! I'm glad I helped you reconnect with that.

And everytime I see your icon I just want to lean in and tickle her between the ears :) so cute!
