Ah relaxation YAY
Ok, so much to update here!!!
So, I have a lot of info to put here, so bare with me. He he I said bare. Anyway...
Lets start from the beginning...
Back in like April- I took short term disability from work for my migraines etc- and lost my internet- and updated occassionally here and there, but havent been really faithfull to get everything out- FEAR NO MORE_ my big mouth has arrived and in large porportions!
So, I cleaned and cleaned and tried to make a house- it cotinued to stay dirty despite. Chaulk it up to 3 adults and a child at the time- too many people, with different life styles. None of us WANTED a dirty house- but we had one. So whatever. Amanda got pregnant and moved out at the beginning of August. Wes moved in "officially" as if he wasnt already.
In the meantime, I was getting 4 in needles shoved into my spine to help my buldged disk and placed on multitudes of medication. YAY! They tried to fire me like 4 times while on leave. YAY! But didnt succeed. YAY! Despite me hating my job- it pays decent and has good benefits. YAY!
I had also applied to KU, got accepted and got a big run around for nothing!
In June, I went back to work, and in the end of June, Wes asked me to marry him. YAY!
So we are going to get Handfasted first... this is where (generally) two people announce and proclaim their love and take on the role of husband and wife for a certain amount of time until a more legal committment is made, or separation. We thought this would be a good thing to do in our situation. We set this date for October 21, 2005 at his brothers place- however- we can only invite a limited amount of people to this- and then we will have a large celebration afterwards at the Shenago for ALL to come to- so save the date people- we miss seeing you! We also set the legal wedding date- October 21-2007. This is so we can save the money for it and get my credit back to an ok state before we merge credits- we dont want his credit being afected too negitavly. I have piss poor credit. Thanks to poor decisions prior to coming here. Everyone will be invited to the legal wedding.
So, I worked my ass off and got a schedule switch at work, and am now working 6am-230pm M-F. EWWW> and then I go to KU M-F as well... and that varies on the day- and it sucks- let me tell you. Its been rough, and I am questioning if I am strong wenough to handle it, but I guess we will see.
Last night, we went to wes's grandfathers cremation ceremony- in Eueka, KS. (Mothers side) He didnt know him well... We havent told his mother- so I hid my ring from her. But the ceremony was on beautiful prairie country land with some wild mustangs and weird prairie grass and stuff- really relaxing- quite what I needed after this alst week at school. YAY
I finally got a checking account again, and have been using the fuck out of it- YAY
I also bought wes and I a coffee maker/grinder which we are still figuring out how to use- but is making some beautiful cups of coffee! Let me tell you- and I bought it on EBAY with my checking account! YAY!
Sometime in August, my dad landed in jail... for a lot of reasons. Now, most of you know, I dont have really any relationship with my dad- but recently that has changed for the better. While he was in jail- he decided that he really wanted to be sober and live some life while hes got it, and has made some drastic and good improvements to his life. YAY! So hes living in a house ran by AA members- they give each other support and help- and he seems to be doing well. We talk almost everyday via internet- which has been really cool. Sometime- hell be coming down here and you all will see where I get all my good looks from! Plus- Ill get pictures. Speaking of pics- DOES ANYONE DO ANYTHING ANYMORE?
Fucking assholes- no socializaiton! If I had time to do it, I would plan something, but I just dont! I dont even have enough time to take a shower daily you fuckers! Plan something! Dont leave it all to Rick! Fuckers.

If anyone has any family that was hit by Katrina my heart goes out to you. Ive always wanted to go to Louisianna, but it will be a long time before they are able to get their stuff together now. Hope Cajuns family is ok.
