I found a new version of Settlers of Catan to play online! Just what I need - more distractions from homework.
American Idol is on tonight! I haven't watched it in so long. It's so fun to watch it with Q - we always have a lot of commentary. Sometimes we agree and other times... well, you saw what happened to my knee.

Today at dinner, we figured out that chocolate ice cream cones most likely doesn't raise our HDL cholesterol levels. But carrots definitely do. Rock on, HDL. Today I was looking for cottage cheese at the salad bar (there wasn't any) and I saw carrots. Then came this kind of out-of-body experience where I was like, "Man, if I eat some carrots maybe I won't get cancer..." Well, turns out eating carrots help you not have a heart-attack, but either way, I ate two.
(Another) Ode to Q:
Q is half-Canadian. Canadians are so cool. Therefore, Q is cool. Or half-cool. But half-cool is twice as cool as cool. QED.
Today, Q's clothes match. Sort of. Usually Q's clothes don't match. She wakes up in the morning and puts on whatever is there - with no thought as to whether it matches. I've never met anything like it. I love it. I love Q.
