Can't blame you on that one. My own parking peeve is when people decide the drive in for our parking garage is a parking spot. Especially when they come out with that whole:"I only needed to go in for a few minutes to deliver something."
The second you leave the car behind, you damn well don't block the entrance/exit for over fifteen garage boxes. And then they seem surprised when you call them up by the number printed on their car and that you're angry as hell for them blocking your way to work.
Being one of those folks who has a placard for using the handicapped parking spaces, I also get beyond annoyed when someone zips into one of those spaces, hops out, and runs athletically into the store. I use mine only when I need it as my situation is variable, but, honestly, when I need it, I NEED it. (Julia Roberts lost all my good will recently when she not only parked in a handicapped spot but got snotty when she was called on it.)
