Let's see...
So, enjoyed Wolverine (The Wolverine is a stupid title especially when he called himself that because he's not The Batman which is also a stupid title), especially the end. That movie cannot get here fast enough. Of Wolverine, I adored Yukio even more than comic book Yukio, the change in Harada was interesting, why was Viper white and blonde?
Did not mow over the weekend and now real summer is here (90s again after two weeks in the 70s and 80s).
I finished my pinch hit fic with five minutes to spare. *g* One thing I do not like about AO3 is that if a fic is posted earlier than the reveal, it shows up way down the pages. For Yuletide that really doesn't matter as it's usually going to be on page one regardless of when it's uploaded since the fandoms are so small. The reveal happened about twelve hours after I uploaded the pinch hit and it was already six pages down. Now one challenge I'm in allows anonymous writers to go change the date but I didn't feel comfortable doing that here without permission but challenge mods need to think about this as more and more are using AO3.
And yes I'm greedy for feedback! I'm getting very spoiled by AO3 after years of just posting here and on DW and hardly getting any comments. *g*
I don't want to give away the pairing as it's an anon exchange but I was happy with it.
Enjoyed the finale of "Whodunnit". I hope it comes back next summer. A bit cheesy but fun. I'm caught up on everything else but Copper. Just need to marathon that to clear the DVR. Oh, need to watch the penultimate Zero Hour as mom and dad are coming over after market on Saturday to watch the finale with me as they didn't record it. Which also means I need to mow as I told them I had.
My new mattress comes tomorrow night! I found only three of the rubber stopper things you put the wheels of the frame in. No clue where the fourth one is. I have one more drawer to look in when I get home tonight. Also first choir practice tomorrow night. Saw Lisa at market last week and, after a year away from choir and the Fellowship, she's planning to come back! I was wondering what had happened as she and her partner had been very active for several years.
Hopefully the day off yesterday will get the Royals back on track. We lost 3 of 5 to Detroit. :P We start a homestand with the White Sox tonight.
Oh crap, forgot to check my DVR this morning to make sure it was working. And I have both last week's and this week's PLL set up to record as it froze last Tuesday, too. I won't get home till nearly 10:00. Oh well, I can do the naughty on them.
I did get some writing done yesterday on my new Peter/Stiles series which is forced mpreg. Remember the days when I thought mpreg was yucky and stupid and I struggled to write one for a challenge fill? Yeah, not so much a problem these days. I think it depends on the fandom. Anyway, I'm writing out of order and hope to get the first fic in the series done today. Somehow I managed to skip the smut completely.
I have many feels (as the youngsters say) about Teen Wolf's summer finale (also four and a half months till it returns???? Yeah, better than a whole year but I may go insane!) but I also sadly have work to do as boss could stroll in at any minute, so later on that. I highly enjoyed the episode, btw, and have no problem with what happened at the end.
Bad boys are my thing, y'know.
