tired and bitchy apparently
Teenwolf Heatwave has started posting on AO3. You load your fic no later than the evening before your posting date and then the mods take it out of the queue, which is all well and good except they don't change the date. Not a problem in a tiny fandom. Big problem in Teen Wolf where today's fic is already on page nine. I would have missed it totally except they post a link in the LJ community.
Yes, I'm being bitchy, but I'd like people to actually read my fic, y'know?
I don't wanna be at work. *sigh*
I did rewatch last week's TW last night finally.
Royals hung on and won by two. No game tonight but plenty of tv plus five hours of Le Tour. Nothing greatly exciting like buses getting jammed under banners yesterday though an unknown held off the sprinters and won the stage and the yellow jersey. So we'll probably get another change in the jersey today which is exciting.
I have about ten more comics to go and I'm caught up on DC, then I have to figure out how to organize all the Xbooks from the last seven years or so. Made especially hard since several of the comics have been restarted or canceled over those years. Something to do this long weekend I suppose while watching sports.
Hope to get some writing done, too. Need to get started on the TW big bang.
I also need to respond to tons of AO3 comments as I think I'm finally out of my funk over the mixed response to that story. It does have over 5K in hits and a ton of kudos.
I really want to see Much Ado About Nothing. Stupid town not showing it anywhere including the art theater. I don't want to have to go to KC but I'm afraid if we put it off this week it'll be gone--if it's even there. It doesn't make any sense to go to KC two Saturdays in a row and the Hallmark ornament thing is the 13th and we have no Hallmark store. Stupid town.
I suppose I should work. :P
Also need more coffee as I stayed up way too late last night reading fic.
