That was the game we needed, the one we've been waiting for! Okay, yes, NC scored a lot but so did we. I had flashbacks to the '88 title game with the running and the gunning. 47-47 at the half--hell, we haven't scored that much in a half in ages!
It would have been nice if the stupid announcers had given us any credit. 'oh, T-Rob scored but he walked (times two)'. 'Oh, NC is only losing because so and so is out'. There were a lot more. It irritated the hell out of me. It's not like we were a #10 seed or something! It was #1 against #2. And, yes, they had one guy out for injury the whole game and another out for a while but them's the breaks! We had all three of our bigs in foul trouble and managed it!

Still need to hit more three pointers, though.
Well, at least the post game pundits are crediting our defense for winning it in the second half.
Next up, Ohio State. We beat them at the Fieldhouse without their best player. We'll see...
