now that's more like it!

While I adore Lisa, I'm happy with my boys back on the road together. Or maybe I'm just happy that Cas is back. Maybe, for me, the show is better when he's on. I mean, my obsession began after season four and Cas was a big addition then along with the angel/apocalypse story line--stuff I always love.

Anyway, I enjoyed it a lot. I loved the finger quotes to pieces and the "bond" with Dean. *snicker* Cas is back to being the BAMF from early season four but with more emotion.

People are all 'Sam is OOC' and I'm like, NO KIDDING! He's obviously supposed to be! And Dean is picking up on it and calling him on it. I would love it if a bit of Lucifer remained but I doubt they'll go that way. Still digging the hair cut and OMG he hired a hooker?! Sam had sex and with a hooker?! Loved the reversal--Sam the player and Dean the family man; Sam in ripped condition and Dean getting a backache sleeping in the car and eating burgers for breakfast.

While I enjoyed Balthazar, please don't make him the Gabriel replacement, Sera, because we want the REAL Gabriel back.

Loved the method they got down to one car. *g*

There are new eps the next two weeks so I'm not sure why they showed that compilation of scenes but I'm intrigued (though worried about the lack of Cas in any of them).

Y'know, all the other angels are dressed neatly in their little suits, so why can't Cas learn to tie his tie? *g*

Overall, loved it. Must go watch it again!

In other news, why on earth was it nearly 90 today? Last weekend my house got to 62 degrees; it's currently at 73 and will easily make it back to AC running time this weekend. No wonder my allergies are out of control. (Though somewhat better--still hacking up gunk but my eyes aren't watering and itching and the dizziness is lessening).

My boss' trial wrapped up yesterday so they didn't need today. Apparently it went well with his lawyer and the other defense lawyer feeling the plaintiff put on such a poor case they didn't need to put on much evidence to refute it. Let's hope.

Three Day Weekend for the win! No KU playing so no KU losing. First concert of the UFL Chamber Music series this Sunday (three of the five are vocals so I'm going to those) and Hallmark ornaments are out this weekend. Yeah, Christmas in the 80s in October...
