My card of today is inspired by what Jesus says to his disciples
in John about the harvest: Don’t you say, ‘There are yet four months until the harvest?’ Behold, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and look at the fields, that they are white for harvest already.
My question is: What do I not see that is ripe for the harvest in me? (I think this is very bad English)
I have pulled Ten of Teacups from the Jane Austen Tarot. This is a card of bliss and happiness.
The happiness on the card can be a result of personal growth, a result of having overcome difficult obstacles, or is the result of becoming more aware of talents and qualities. I certainly do not see the happiness, nor the growth. It feels that I am in the middle of it: restructuring my practice, involved in a conflict I did not seek out. Still it is there, ready to be harvested, pity I do not recognize it.
