Gospel of Thomas Logion 1, Scroll
I have an addition to a previous entry about the gospel of Thomas, logion 1. Back then, looking at the card that I had drawn, the High Priestess from the Tarot of White Cats, my eyes fell on the direction in which the word Torah are written on the scroll in the lap of the priestess.
They are written in a way that I, the one who looks at the card can easily read them. In the RWS it is the other way around. That is extra interesting because in Gnostic texts the believer must find his knowledge him- or herself through self-knowledge. This position of the word torah accentuates this.
