Wow that would seriously piss me off about daycare!!!
I dunno what to say then except that I'd keep trying to let her CIO then as long as you know shes changed, fed, safe (duh but gotta put that disclaimer in it ;) ) then try it and let her eventually learn. Kallie did 3 months of screaming. We did the go in every 2 minutes, extending it to 5, then 10 etc. Anyway then she stopped and I went in to put her back in bed(she was about Kyles age) when she fell asleep outside the bed and she woke up and cried again etc. So finally after knowing she was safe in bed, wasnt caring about snuggles or anything except coming out to play we ignored her and I sat in my room and bawled. It took a LONG time and about 3 nights of her crying off and on all night for her to get that she wasn't coming out to play. See Dans parents had babysat at our house and let her get up and play and go in the hot tub, and watch t.v. and eat treats and...anyway 3 months of HELL followed until we finally out of desparation tried(I read EVERYTHING I COULD) and she was smart enough to know if we went in once we'd go in again...even with extending the minutes. So after reading on different methods we finally had to try this. And ya within 3 nights she was going back to sleep normally. BUt she was older than Charlie and she'd never had heart issues so I don't know if that still worries you about CIO or not...but I am just saying thats what worked for us after months of battles. But each kid is different. Good luck. Come visit us and we can let her and Joshua share a room and see who's screams are louder!! LOL his shrieks(happy, sad whatever) make my nerves rattle!!!
