International Calls
First, I have to dial 15 digits. Then, the phone doesn't ring, it beeps. The first time I let it beep a bunch of times before giving up. The next time, I let it beep a little longer and someone answered. Thankfully, the woman speaks english. Unfortunately, the person I was calling was gone for the day.
Now that I know I have to let the phone beep at least 20 times, I'll try again early tomorrow morning.
